All the bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Touch Reality Travel Ltd act only as agents of passengers and its agents in all matters relating to hotel/lodge accommodations, tours, transport, etc. However Touch Reality Travel Ltd is not liable for injury, delay, loss of property or damage in any manner whatsoever.

Cancelling Policy

The client has seven days to receive a full refund.

Cancellation two months before safari, 60% of the cost of the safari will be deducted and not refunded.

Cancellation one month before safari 75% of the cost of the safari will be deducted and not refunded

Cancellation 7 days to no show 100% of the cost will be deducted and not refunded.
